THE FOUNDATION

Before the digital era simplified the craft, Dirty South Josh was cut from the grit of the Midwest underground. Emerging from the warehouse scenes of Janesville, WI and Rockford, IL, Josh quickly became a staple in the high-intensity circles of Chicago and Madison. While many sought the spotlight of production, Josh focused on the raw power of the performance—mastering the syncopated chaos of Drum & Bass and the deep, atmospheric weight of Jungle.

THE HIATUS

The journey reached a cinematic peak in 2016 at the DEFCON Hacker Convention in Las Vegas. Playing to one of the most discerning and high-energy crowds in the world, Josh closed that chapter of his career on a high note. He stepped away from the decks to focus on the ultimate "long-set": building a family and raising a new generation. But for a true selector, the music never truly stops—it just simmers.

THE RESURRECTION
